Question 1

How long does a LeoVegas withdrawal take for New Zealand players?

Accepted Answer

The total withdrawal time depends on your chosen payment method and whether your account is fully verified. E-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller are the fastest option, with funds typically arriving within 24 hours after LeoVegas completes its internal processing (which can take up to 72 hours). Bank transfers are slower, taking between 3 and 7 business days. Completing account verification in advance significantly reduces overall wait times.

Question 2

Does LeoVegas charge fees for withdrawals in NZ?

Accepted Answer

LeoVegas itself does not charge withdrawal fees for New Zealand players. However, your payment provider — particularly your bank or card issuer — may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction charges. E-wallets like Skrill or Neteller may also charge their own fees for currency exchange if your account is held in a currency other than NZD. Always check with your payment provider for their fee schedule.

Question 3

What is the minimum withdrawal amount at LeoVegas NZ?

Accepted Answer

The minimum withdrawal amount at LeoVegas for New Zealand players is NZ$20 for e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller, and MuchBetter. For bank transfers, the minimum is NZ$50. These thresholds apply to real-money balances; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

Question 4

Why is my LeoVegas withdrawal pending for longer than expected?

Accepted Answer

The most common reasons for a withdrawal remaining in pending status include incomplete account verification, active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fulfilled, or a manual security review triggered by an unusual transaction. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 72 hours, contact LeoVegas customer support via live chat. They can check the status of your request and advise on any additional steps required to release your funds.

Question 5

Can I cancel a withdrawal request at LeoVegas?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel a pending withdrawal request at LeoVegas before it is processed and approved by the finance team. To do this, navigate to the cashier section of your account and look for the option to cancel the pending transaction. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be reversed. Be mindful that cancelling a withdrawal and returning the funds to your casino balance can tempt impulsive play — a practice that responsible gambling advocates recommend avoiding.

Question 6

Are there withdrawal limits at LeoVegas for NZ pokie winnings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, LeoVegas applies withdrawal limits that vary by payment method and player status. Standard players can generally withdraw up to NZ$10,000 per day and NZ$20,000 per week. VIP programme members enjoy enhanced limits that can be negotiated with a dedicated account manager. If you win a large jackpot, LeoVegas may pay out the amount in scheduled instalments rather than a single lump sum, depending on the terms of the specific game and overall account limits. Always review the cashier terms for the most current limits applicable to your account.
